HOLLYWOOD - Anna Nicole Smith's mother Virgie Arthur believes her grandson Daniel was murdered.
The 20-year-old died on Sept. 10 after suffering a heart attack brought on by a lethal combination of antidepressants and methadone, according to the latest toxicology report.
But former policewoman Arthur, who is estranged from Anna Nicole, is adamant Daniel's death was no accident.
She says, "It was murder. The levels of drugs in his body are way too high. Someone has to pay."
