HOLLYWOOD - David Hasselhoff has finally agreed on a divorce settlement with ex-wife Pamela Bach--he will pay $25,000 a month to support her and their two children.

The former Baywatch star has signed an agreement calling him to pay out $21,000 a month to ex-wife Pamela Bach and another $4,000 to support their daughters, 17-year-old Taylor and 15-year-old Hayley.

The settlement comes after a bitter battle through the courts since the former couple divorced in 2006 after 16 years of marriage.

Hasselhoff and Bach have been granted joint custody of the children, as well as agreeing to joint ownership on their San Fernando Valley, California home.

The family's cars, bank accounts and Hasselhoff's pensions from acting and directing guilds will be divided equally.
