HOLLYWOOD - After months of media build-up and a baby boy, Hollywood supercouple Michael Douglas and Catherine Zeta-Jones tied the knot Saturday at the Plaza Hotel in New York.

Fellow actors Goldie Hawn, Danny DeVito and James Woods and director Oliver Stone were among the 250 friends and family on hand for the nuptials, which reportedly cost $2 million.

Douglas and Zeta-Jones met at a film festival in France in August 1998, began dating in spring 1999 and became engaged last New Year's Eve.

Zeta-Jones gave birth to their son, Dylan Michael, in August. Photographs of their son were sold exclusively to Brit celeb mag OK! for a reported $1 million; the mag also has exclusive rights to the wedding pictures.

Douglas, 56, is the son of Hollywood legend Kirk Douglas and won an Oscar for 1987's "Wall Street," directed by Stone. His current film, "Wonder Boys," is garnering Oscar buzz for his lead role.

Raven-haired Welsh beauty Zeta-Jones, 31, has appeared in films such as "Entrapment" and "The Mask of Zorro."
