HOLLYWOOD - The Dutch politician who worked on the movie that triggered the murder of filmmaker Theo Van Gogh will defiantly produce a sequel dealing with Islam's attitude toward homosexuality.
Somali-born Aayaan Hirsi Ali received death threats following the release of Submission--the movie directed by Van Gogh which investigated Islam's treatment of women.
The new project will use unnamed actors and will forsake the inclusion of credits in a bid to protect the identities of everyone involved with the project.
Hirsi Ali co-wrote Submission II with Van Gogh in the summer of 2004, just months before he was shot and stabbed by radical Muslim Mohammed Bouyeri.
She says, "I examine the position of homosexuals in Islam in the film Submission II. In the movie, they are called Allah's creatures."
