HOLLYWOOD - Oscar-winning actor and director Clint Eastwood is now a much sought-after composer--he has been recruited to write the score for a new movie.
Studio boss Harvey Weinstein has approached the Hollywood legend to create the music for John Cusack's new drama Grace Is Gone--after he scrapped the score already written by Max Richter.
Weinstein tells PageSix, "Clint's unique understanding of the power of music and how it can impact a film will inspire audiences and is a beautiful companion to James Strouse's touching story."
Eastwood has composed in the past--but only for movies he has produced himself.
