HOLLYWOOD - Carmen Electra has sparked rumors she is dating Jamie Foxx, after they were spotted leaving a New York City gig through the backdoor this week.

The former Baywatch beauty announced her split from rocker husband Dave Navarro only last week, but she is already getting up close to Oscar winner Foxx at a secret Gnarls Barkley show at the Big Apple's Element venue.

A source tells PageSix.com, "Jamie's arm was around Carmen more than once and whispers were exchanged several times.

"No one saw them kissing, but they left together out the back. It seemed like they were out on a date."
