HOLLYWOOD - Ellen DeGeneres, Regis Philbin and Barbara Walters are the TV heavyweights who will battle for the big prize at June's Daytime Emmy Awards.

DeGeneres' eponymous talk show has landed her a Best TV Host nomination against Live frontman Philbin and Walters and her View co-hosts.

DeGeneres' top-rated show will also compete for the Best Daytime Entertainment Show along with The View and The Rachael Ray Show when the Emmys are handed out on June 10.

Dr. Phil and The Tyra Banks Show are the favorites to land a Best Informative Talk Show honor, while the contenders for Outstanding Daytime Drama are the casts of General Hospital, Guiding Light, One Life to Live and The Young and the Restless.
