Eminem Is Eight for Eight

HOLLYWOOD - Eight is enough for Eminem. The Detroit rapper’s wildly popular "Marshall Mathers LP," the fastest-selling hip-hop album of all time, tops the Billboard album charts for the eighth consecutive week. For the week ended Sunday, Eminem sold another 257,000 copies of his CD.

Teen princess Britney Spears returned to the No. 2 spot, up one notch, with her almost as popular "Oops!…I Did It Again." Her sophomore effort sold 217,000 copies in its ninth week.

Rounding out the Top Five: rapper Nelly's "Country Grammar" (184,000 copies), up one spot; a debut, "The Nutty Professor II: the Klumps" (149,000 copies); and the Ruff Ryders’ "Ryde or Die Vol. 11."

The slowpokes at Billboard.com had yet to post the Top 100 singles chart before uploading time. "Bent" by matchbox twenty was No. 1 last week.
