Actress/singer CARRIE ANN INABA, who serves as a judge on U.S. reality TV show Dancing With the Stars, will undergo surgery in Los Angeles on Wednesday (25Nov09) to heal her stiff neck. The star has been suffering from a crippling pain in her neck as a result of her arthritis.
