VIVICA A. FOX, comedian PAUL RODRIGUEZ, U.S. broadcaster RUSH LIMBAUGH and musician DAVE KOZ have been appointed judges for the 2010 Miss America Pageant, which will take place at the Planet Hollywood resort in Las Vegas at the end of January (10).
