Five Drugs Found at Heath Ledger Death Scene

Heath Ledger
HOLLYWOOD - A cocktail of five prescription drugs were found at Heath Ledger's New York apartment following the 28-year-old actor's death on Tuesday, according to new reports.

NYPD sources tell TMZ.com that pill bottles containing the anti-anxiety medications and sleeping pills were found as the authorities arrived to try and revive him.

All of the drugs were prescribed to Ledger.

But the paramedics who first attended to the actor insist the death scene looked "normal" and there was no evidence to suggest any illicit drug use.

A rolled $20 bill, found at the scene, tested clean for illegal narcotics, and the numerous pill bottles in the apartment were all nearly full.

An autopsy carried out on Wednesday proved inconclusive. The exact cause of Ledger's death will be determined within the next 10 days.
