HOLLYWOOD - Actress Vivica A. Fox has been charged with two misdemeanor counts of drunk driving after being arrested for failing a field sobriety test on Tuesday night.
Fox was charged with one count of driving while impaired and one count of driving with a blood alcohol content of .08 or higher, according to TMZ.com.
If convicted on both counts, Fox faces a maximum six months in jail and a hefty fine.
