HOLLYWOOD - Tragic funnyman Chris Farley was honored in Hollywood Aug. 26 when

the Tommy Boystar received a belated star on the Walk of Fame.

Friends Chris Rock and David Spade joined members of Farley's family at the

unveiling.

The heavyweight comic's Tommy Boy co-star Spade said, "I think it's sweet

that everyone still has a really nice place in their heart for him and still

remember him. (He) goes down as one of the greats and I still think about him

every day."

Rock joked, "I think every fat comedian owes him 80 bucks."

Farley, who was credited as being the most talented comedian of his

generation, died in 1997 of an accidental drug overdose.
