One of the busiest actors in Hollywood may now very well be booked solid through 2011.
The Hangover
star
Zach Galifianakis
is reportedly in serious talks to lend his considerable vocal talents to
Puss in Boots
, the spinoff movie based on the
Antonio Banderas
-voiced
Shrek 2
character.
Galifiankis would voice Humpty Dumpty alongside Banderas and
Salma Hayek
in
Boots
, which will be directed by
Shrek the Third
helmer
Chris Miller
and released Nov. 4, 2011.
Galifianakis, hot off the heels of the megahit
Hangover
(whose sequel is already in the works), has several movies lined up:
Jay Roach
’s
Dinner for Schmucks
;
Hangover
director
Todd Phillips
’
Due Date
; and the dramedy adaptation
It's Kind of a Funny Story
.
And those are just his recently booked roles!
