HOLLYWOOD - Filmmaker Mel Gibson has rubbished reports he is planning a return to acting--and claims he's in no hurry to get back in front of the camera.
The Braveheart star, who has abandoned acting to concentrate on his directorial career, admits he'd even be happy if he wasn't working at all.
He says, "I just haven't felt the pressing desire to hop in front of the camera and tap dance.
"It's not that I don't want to do it, it's just that it hasn't been on the menu for me for a while.
"When I was younger I used to think, 'Boy, what would happen if I didn't work again? Gee whiz, that'd be terrible,' but I since realized it's not terrible at all."
