Gwen Stefani Checks into Hospital to Give Birth

Gwen Stefani
HOLLYWOOD - Gwen Stefani has checked into a Los Angeles hospital, where she is scheduled to give birth to her second child with husband Gavin Rossdale.

The singer is reportedly scheduled to give birth via Caesarean section on Thursday after checking into the city's Cedars-Sinai Medical Center--the same facility where she gave birth to her now 2-year-old son Kingston.

The happy couple announced they were preparing to welcome a brother or sister for Kingston in January--although they have decided not to learn the sex of the baby before it's born.

Rossdale recently told Britain's OK! magazine, "We don't know if it's a boy or a girl. Plus we are going to put him in a black room. It'll be a goth baby, so it doesn't matter if it is a boy or a girl."

Stefani and Bush rocker Rossdale wed in 2002.
