Yes, I meant "attempt." I'm not a Gwyneth Paltrow hater like many folks seem to be. I actually think she's good for Glee. Though this season has disappointed time and again, her episodes always have a bit more flair. However, she's got to be out of her Goop-ing mind if she thinks that doing a cover of any of Adele's songs on Glee is a good idea. Gwyneth can hack it with a pop song, but Adele IS her music. Her voice is half of the art. Apparently, while this idea is CLEARLY not good, she and the folks at Glee did it anyway. Holly Holliday will be belting (definition open for discussion) Adele's "Turning Tables" next week when the show finally returns. Hopefully it's not as bad as I'm anticipating, but just listen to the original version and you'll see why I'm so worried.
