David Hasselhoff Baffles Court with German Tune

Be Cool Premiere
HOLLYWOOD - David Hasselhoff stunned court reporters and officials in Los Angeles Tuesday when he made light of a custody battle with his estranged wife Pamela by crooning in the corridor.

The Baywatch creator wasn't expected to attend the custody hearing, but decided to face-off with his wife behind closed doors after officials declared the court battle should be kept private due to its sensitive nature.

The couple's two daughters Taylor-Ann and Hayley, who are currently dividing time between their parents, were also present in court.

During a break in proceedings, Hasselhoff baffled reporters and officials when he broke out in song--in German--outside the courtroom.

The Hasselhoffs' divorce started getting messy earlier this month when Pamela accused David of domestic violence. The actor has since fired back with insinuations his wife isn't of sound mind.

Both deny the allegations against them.
