Anne Heche's Ex Asks for More Money

James Tupper and Anne Heche
HOLLYWOOD - Actress Anne Heche is facing demands from her estranged husband Coleman Lafoon to increase his monthly child support allowance.

Heche split from her cameraman partner last year and the couple has been entrenched in a bitter divorce battle ever since. The couple announced the split in 2006 after six years of marriage and have a 5-year-old son, Homer, who resides with his father after Lafoon was granted custody.

And now Lafoon, who hasn't worked since 2000, has asked for the star to increase his financial support as he claims the $15,000 a month he currently receives does not cover his living costs.

According to celebrity blogger Perez Hilton, Lafoon wants the monthly installments to be increased to $22,604 because he alleges that since the sale of their former home in Los Angeles in September, his cost of living has increased.

Heche was rumored to have ended the relationship after falling for her Men in Trees costar James Tupper, whom she is now dating.
