Klum and 'Project Runway' Heading Back to TV

Project Runway TV Stills
Supermodel Heidi Klum has won her fight to get reality show Project Runway back on the air - TV bosses have agreed a deal to move the televised designer contest to America's Lifetime network.

The finished sixth season of the hit program has been in limbo since producer Harvey Weinstein clashed with network bosses at NBC over plans to move the show from Bravo to cable network Lifetime.

And host Klum was forced to shoot the entire sixth season, including its finale, before a single episode had aired.

Both parties agreed a settlement on Wednesday.

A statement from NBC Universal reads, "NBC Universal, The Weinstein Company and Lifetime have resolved their disputes. The Weinstein Company will pay NBCU for the right to move Project Runway to Lifetime. All of the parties are pleased with the outcome."

Weinstein added, “We're thrilled to be launching our relationship with Lifetime with this groundbreaking cable deal that includes the next five years of Project Runway."
