HOLLYWOOD - Paris Hilton has reportedly chosen to serve her jail time without a fuss after pulling plans to appeal her conviction.

The socialite's high-profile lawyer, Richard Hutton, was scheduled to file an appeal with the judge that ordered Hilton to serve 45 days in jail for violating her parole and driving a car with a suspended license later today.

But TMZ.com reports Hutton called court officials this morning to call off the appeal.

Hilton's 45-day sentence was reduced to 23 days yesterday. She must begin serving her time by June 5.
