HOLLYWOOD - Recent party pals Paris Hilton and Britney Spears have ended their friendship, according to one of the hotel heiress' acquaintances.
The blonde beauties were snapped together at a string of nightclubs following Spears' split from husband Kevin Federline last year.
However, the singer's management team reportedly stepped in and insisted she stop hanging out with the socialite after photos of her looking drunk, exhausted and panty-less were splashed over newspaper front pages across the globe.
Now Austrian socialite Richard Lugner--Hilton's date at next month's glittering Vienna Opera Ball--has confirmed their brief friendship is officially over.
He says, "They unfortunately do not get along anymore."
The split doesn't seem to have curbed Spears' party ways--she was snapped at the weekend drunk and slumped over new boyfriend Isaac Cohen's knee in a taxi after leaving a Las Vegas club.
