Paris Hilton
will be released from prison on Tuesday after serving 23 days of her 45-day sentence.
The socialite was sentenced to 45 days in prison last month after being found guilty of violating her probation from a drunk-driving arrest last year.
She will be released early next week--with the term taking into account 22 days of credit for good behavior.
Los Angeles County Sheriff's Department deputy Dana Camarillo says, "As a result of numerous inquiries, it has come to our attention that clarification is necessary regarding the actual release date of
Paris Hilton
.
"In the case of Ms.
Hilton
, records specialists from the Inmate Reception Center have calculated her actual release date to be Tuesday, June 26, 2007."
