Hollywood to honor Zanucks
HOLLYWOOD - Richard and Lili Fini Zanuck will receive the prestigious Joseph Plateau Lifetime Achievement Award on Oct. 9, according to Variety. The award will be presented at the Flanders International Film Festival's opening gala, and will celebrate the couple's outstanding work in motion pictures. The Academy Award-winning duo produced Driving Miss Daisy, which won the 1989 Best Picture Oscar. Richard Zanuck is about to release a remake of Planet of the Apes and Lili Zanuck is working on the Matthew McConaughey vehicle, Reign of Fire.
