HOLLYWOOD - Hulk Hogan's imprisoned son Nick Bollea has been moved out of solitary confinement.

Bollea, 17, is currently serving an eight-month prison sentence at Florida's Pinellas County Jail after pleading no contest to a felony of reckless driving following a horrific car crash in Clearwater, Florida--which has left his friend John Graziano brain damaged.

He spent between 16 and 17 hours a day in the maximum security cell, but was moved on Thursday after his attorneys demanded he be transferred to a minimum security area.

According to People.com, The Pinellas County Sheriff's Office said the move was the "result of routine and ongoing assessments of inmate population and classification."

He has been moved to a cell with three other juveniles.
