HOLLYWOOD - Year-end reports of online behavior point to teen pop diva Britney Spears as 2001's most searched for personality at AOL, Ask Jeeves, Lycos and Yahoo!

Spears also made AOL's most popular poll topics list, with 35 percent of respondents saying that the singer will marry boyfriend Justin Timberlake of 'N Sync within five years, The Hollywood Reporter reports.

Other popular Internet celebrities to make the top ten wanted list include Oprah Winfrey, Jennifer Lopez, Martha Stewart, Aaliyah, Lil' Bow Wow, Eminem and Pamela Anderson.

Films drawing the most buzz on the Internet were The Lord of the Rings: The Fellowship of the Ring, Harry Potter and the Sorcerer's Stone, Pearl Harbor, Planet of the Apes and The Fast and the Furious.

Dragonball Z, Survivor, The Simpson's , Friends and Big Brother were the most searched for TV shows.

The lists were compiled using the Yahoo! Buzz Index, an interactive market research tool developed by Yahoo! to measure public engagement with brands, products, people and technologies on the Internet.
