Jason Clarke, perhaps best known for his lead role on Showtime's Brotherhood, has become the first actor to sign up for Kathryn Bigelow's forthcoming Osama Bin Laden movie.
Clarke is said to be playing a terrorist hunter in the untitled film, which focuses on the hunt and eventual capture/killing of Bin Laden -- and has been met with considerable controversy, even though it hasn't even begun shooting and isn't due for release until roughly a year from now.
Several other actors are rumored to be eying roles in the film, including Guy Pearce, Tom Hardy and Rooney Mara.
