With Hollywood breakups becoming more and more common, Jennifer Garner is here to reassure us there's no need to worry about her (so far) successful seven-year marriage to Ben Affleck, because they're still completely and utterly in love. So what exactly is the secret to a healthy, happy, Hollywood marriage? In the January issue of InStyle magazine, the actress chalks it up to hard work and dedication, saying, "We both know we couldn't do what we do without each other. Ben always says, 'If you love it, we can make it happen.'"
Of course, jewelry helps too. Garner reveals how her hubby occasionally showers her with diamonds, saying, "He knows when to swoop in with the gesture. He's sweet that way." Which is definitely hard to argue, given that he even bought her a pair of pink and white diamond Harry Winston bands -- one for each of their two daughters, Violet and Seraphina. Hey, no one said love was going to be easy -- or inexpensive.
But Garner doesn't take her husband's generosity for granted and admits she would do just about anything for him. She explains, "Honestly, I would do anything for that man, because I know it's not taken for granted." Could it be that this celebrity marriage is in it for the long haul? Let's hope so because with another little one on the way, they're going to need all the help (and teamwork) they can get!
