The awesomely surnamed Jon Turteltaub has signed a deal with ABC Studios that will see him develop and produce series for the network over a two-year span.
Turteltaub, perhaps best known for his big-screen directorial career (National Treasure franchise, The Sorcerer's Apprentice), is no stranger to TV, having been directly involved with and/or responsible for CBS shows Jericho and Harper's Island, among others.
He and his production company, Junction Entertainment, also have the series Common Law almost ready to premiere for USA.
