HOLLYWOOD - Pop trio the Jonas Brothers' new Disney TV show will be inspired by comedy duo Flight of the Conchords.
The singing sensations told Los Angeles radio host Ryan Seacrest on Tuesday they've abandoned their show's original format in favor of the infamous HBO series.
The plotline for the original program J.O.N.A.S. (Junior Operatives Networking As Spies) is being rewritten to resemble the Grammy Award-winning New Zealand comedy duo, Kevin, 20, Joe, 18, and Nick, 15, confirmed.
The show is scheduled to premiere next summer.
