Lisa Hoyle was left in a critical condition after she was hit by a truck during filming of the show in Los Angeles in February, 2011.

She survived, but now she is suing the TV executives behind Justified, claiming they should have done more to protect her.

In the lawsuit, filed at Los Angeles Superior Court, Hoyle reveals she suffered an open head fracture, soft-tissue injuries, bruising and lacerations, and alleges she wasn't told exactly how the stunt would play out because the co-ordinator held a meeting about the scene while she was out getting a snack, according to TMZ.com.

Hoyle also alleges her marriage suffered and subsequently broke down because of the accident. She is seeking unspecified damages.
