Justin Bieber's Paternity Suit Gets Dropped

It looks like Justin Bieber's baby mama drama is finally over. The pop star was under fire recently after 20-year-old fan Mariah Yeater filed a case against the singer, claiming he fathered her 4-month-old son, Tristyn, during a 30-second backstage encounter. But evidently, Yeater didn't have much of a case after all because according to TMZ, the paternity lawsuit was dismissed late last week. Yeater's attorneys also withdrew from the case, which was set to go to court on December 15th.

Throughout the entire ordeal, the teen heartthrob has maintained his innocence. In fact, as was previously reported, Bieber not only planned to take a DNA test when he returned to the U.S., but he was also going to sue Yeater and her lawyers for filing such a bogus lawsuit. He also told The Today Show's Matt Lauer, "I've never met the woman...I'd just like to say, basically, that none of those allegations are true... I know that I'm going to be a target, but I'm never going to be a victim." I guess Yeater finally got the message. So Beliebers can take comfort in knowing that there's still a good chance their favorite artist still has his V card. Let's all take a moment to celebrate with Jimmy Fallon:
