Law becomes theatre company patron

The Hollywood actor joined the company in 1987 at the age of 14 and performed in a variety of productions before landing his first West End role in Jean Cocteau's Les Parents Terribles. The play was later renamed Indiscretions and transferred to Broadway, where Law earned his first Tony Award nomination.

Law has now rejoined NYMT to help a new generation of actors take to the stage.

He says, "The National Youth Music Theatre has a very special place in my affections. I've many fond memories of my time spent with the company and I'm thrilled to be supporting them and the next generation of theatremakers, particularly with NYMT's exciting plans for the future."
