HOLLYWOOD - The man who claims he owned Anna Nicole Smith's Bahamas home has withdrawn his lawsuit against the late model.
G Ben Thompson attempted to evict Smith before her death in February, alleging he loaned her the money to buy the house and she had refused to repay. Smith countersued claiming the house was a gift.
Six months after she died from an accidental drug overdose, Thompson has withdrawn his lawsuit, but filed a new damages lawsuit against all the parties that Smith alleged were involved in the real estate deal, Entertainment Tonight claims.
