HOLLYWOOD - Troubled actress Lindsay Lohan's problems just got worse - she has been charged with two counts of driving under the influence as part of a seven-misdemeanor haul handed down to her by a Beverly Hills court.
The Mean Girls star has also been charged with being under the influence of cocaine in relation to two drink-driving arrests in May and July of this year.
The 21-year-old faces seven misdemeanors in total, which also include reckless driving and driving with blood alcohol of over .08 per cent.
The actress, who checked into the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation facility in Utah last month, was arrested on suspicion of driving under the influence in Beverly Hills, California in May, and in nearby Santa Monica in July.
Police allegedly found cocaine in the star's possession on both occasions, although officials say the amount of the drug was below the 0.05 grams required for a felony offence.
A conference with a Beverly Hills judge is set for Thursday afternoon. Lohan is set to be arraigned on Friday.
