Even though Lindsay Lohan entered a plea of no contest to the charge of misdemeanor grand theft on Wednesday, she probably won't be going to jail. Instead, she'll be put on house arrest because the jails are simply too full of rapists and murders to do what they should, which is imprison this nonviolent girl for stealing a $2,500 necklace and wearing it with a gray hoodie. And even though a plea of "no contest" "carries the same legal weight" as a guilty plea, Lindsay just reportedly decided to accept fault even though she maintains her innocence so she can push forward in revamping her movie career by getting cast in films and then kindly being persuaded to back out of them. So yes, her punishment will be to sit at home and watch Pilates videos on Youtube, safe and sound AROUND ALL THE OLD NECKLACES THAT MADE HER WANT TO STEAL THE NEW NECKLACE.
