Some people are just so sensitive. If you're famous and you've done some stupid things then you should that people will talk about you, made fun of you, verbally disgrace you, etc. It kind of comes with the territory, but apparently our dear Lindsay Lohan is failing to grasp that concept. Unless you're living in New York City and have no need for a car, you've probably been blasting the radio on your way to work and jamming out to Pitbull's summer hit "Give Me Everything." Having done this (don't deny it), you know there's a line in the song where Pitbull raps "I got it locked up like Lindsay Lohan." Hilarious? Yes. A cheap dig at the actress? Absolutely! But definitely not lawsuit worthy.
I know that it's almost a reflex in Hollywood to sue someone for even sneezing on you, but Lindsay is definitely taking the innocent jab a little too sensitively. This Mean Girl needs to learn how to take a joke. She was under house arrest this year and been in court more times than Casey Anthony (okay, that's an exaggeration, but she's been before a judge a lot). Many celebs earned shout-outs in songs before, so really she should take it as a compliment. But she's not. The actress filed a suit against Pitbull claiming the line is "destined to do irreparable harm to the plaintiff." The lawsuit also calls Lohan "a professional actor of good repute and standing in the Screen Actors Guild." It's unlikely Pitbull has anything to fear because this whole ordeal is too ridiculous and will most likely end up settling out of court. If you ask us, along with acting lessons Lushy Lohan needs to sign up for some sense of humor lessons.
