Actress Lucy Liu is following in the footsteps of Lindsay Lohan by jetting to India to direct a documentary about human trafficking.

Lohan flew to the country last month to shoot a film about poverty and child trafficking for the BBC.

And now the Charlie's Angels star is following suit -- she's planning her own trip to Mumbai to report on similar issues.

Liu will step behind the camera for the production, which will be the first of four documentary movies by Hollywood stars.

Meryl Streep and Angelina Jolie are also rumored to have signed up to take part in the project.
