HOLLYWOOD - Lindsay Lohan's legal luck changed on Friday the 13th when a judge threw out a damages claim against her.
Lohan, who is in rehab tackling alcoholism issues, was charged with causing a 2005 car crash in Beverly Hills--but the motorist of the car she hit failed to show up in court.
The judge dismissed the case.
