Lindsay Lohan was interrogated over the weekend by immigration officials in Canada, who considered banning her from the country because of her drunk-driving convictions.
The actress landed at Montreal Airport on Saturday for a scheduled nightclub appearance, but was hauled into a backroom by border staff after her 2007 arrests for driving under the influence appeared on a computer database.
A source tells Us Weekly magazine, "Because of her DUIs they didn't want to let her into the country at first. The customs people gave her a real hard time."
Lohan was finally allowed into the country after a one-hour interrogation.
