HOLLYWOOD - Lindsay Lohan's troubles continue: A woman is suing her, claiming the actress and her bodyguard hit her car.
Signe Dupuy alleges Lohan and minder Jaz ran into her in Los Angeles in April 2006.
She claims Lohan glared at her, Jaz was hostile, and the pair gave her false names before driving off.
Dupuy is taking Lohan to small claims court--after several failed attempts to contact Lohan, reports TMZ.com.
Lohan's representative claims the letters were received and "filed away," telling TMZ, "I assumed the letter was sent to (Lindsay's) lawyers. That's what they're paid for."
The actress is due to answer the charges in court in September.
