HOLLYWOOD - The woman suing Lindsay Lohan for assault and negligence after the actress allegedly chased her car while under the influence last year has filed legal papers revealing the medical costs she's built up since.
Tracie Rice initially filed her lawsuit against Lohan in Los Angeles Superior Court in August, a month after she says the star chased the car she was a passenger in through the streets.
As a result, Rice claims to have so far spent $3,500 in therapist fees, $400 on a medical doctor, $145 on a chiropractor, $150 on medicine and $2,000 in miscellaneous expenses.
She also says she's lost her job, which paid her a salary of between $60,000 and $75,000, following the incident, reports Web site TMZ.com. Rice is suing for intentional infliction of emotional distress and is seeking unspecified damages.
Lohan was arrested in Santa Monica, California on July 24 after police were reportedly alerted to the fact the frantic actress was chasing a car through the streets.
A breath test was conducted at the scene and Lohan's blood alcohol level is said to have been well over the legal driving limit. Police also allegedly found cocaine on her person.
The incident followed another drink-driving arrest earlier in the year.
