HOLLYWOOD - The producers of Desperate Housewives have lived up to their promise to find bigger story lines for Eva Longoria—the second series sees her seduce Felicity Huffman's onscreen husband Doug Savant.
The Latina beauty was furious when she was the only Housewife not to receive a Golden Globe nomination for her role in the hit series last year, and TV bosses pledged to find meatier scenes to aid the sex symbol's quest to prove her talents.
The 30-year-old will sizzle on TV screens as her character Gabrielle Solis has a raunchy affair with Savant's character Tom Scavo.
Savant says, "When we come back, Eva Longoria is kissing me! I had a hellacious day on set with just hours and hours of Eva kissing me."
Longoria was finally nominated for the Best Performance by an Actress in a Television Series Golden Globe last week.
