HOLLYWOOD - Singer/actress Jennifer Lopez is being sued by a television writer for copyright infringement.
Jack Bunick has taken legal action against the Maid in Manhattan actress, Viacom, and TV networks CBS and UPN over the Jan. 11 broadcast of South Beach, which J. Lo executive produces.
Bunick alleges the show improperly used his script for the two-hour season premiere, entitled Pilot/I'm Not Your Baby, writes MTV.com. The screenplay was credited to Matt Cirulnick, Greg Cirulnick and co-executive producer Philip Levens.
