Veteran actress
Lynn Redgrave has died following a long battle with breast cancer (although the exact cause of death has not yet been confirmed). She was 67.
Lynn was a member of the esteemed Redgrave acting family, which
last year lost
Natasha Richardson (her niece) and, less than a month ago, theater actor
Corin (her brother).
Vanessa Redgrave is Lynn’s sister.
During her long acting career, Redgrave was twice nominated for an Academy Award: for 1998’s
Gods and Monsters and 1966’s
Georgy Girl. Her most recent appearance was on TV’s
Ugly Betty.
