Well, it's about that time in Mandy Moore's career where she makes a movie about ghosts.
According to Variety, the actress has signed on to star in Falling Slowly with Rodrigo Santoro, a new supernatural drama to-be-directed by Buried writer Chris Sparling, which will be his first foray into feature filmmaking. The story is about a couple "whose apartment is haunted by a dark presence."
So basically, Falling Slowly is a sequel to A Walk to Remember where, in an extremely meta reference, Mandy Moore's dead character comes back to life to haunt Mandy Moore's new character; then -- if we're lucky -- the two Mandy's will break out into a dance-based rendition of that one Righteous Brothers song from Ghost.
