HOLLYWOOD - Mariah Carey has married Nick Cannon in a secret ceremony, according to a number of Spanish-speaking Web sites.
The singer has been dating Cannon since he teamed up with her in a new video--and the couple have dodged rumors they recently became engaged after Carey was spotted wearing a diamond on her wedding finger.
According to various Latin websites, the couple wed on Wednesday. Sources close to Cannon claim the nuptials were "very impulsive" and the ceremony was attended by rapper DaBrat.
Carey married Columbia Records executive Tommy Mottola in 1993--but divorced five years later. Cannon called off his engagement to model Selita Ebanks last year.
