HOLLYWOOD - A sex tape featuring Marilyn Monroe will not be made available to the public "out of respect" for the late actress, according to reports.

Memorabilia collector Keya Morgan alleges a New York businessman has purchased the 15 minutes of 16mm film footage, which shows the late actress performing oral sex on an unidentified man, for $1.5 million.

The black-and-white footage is claimed to have been shot in the 1950s and was discovered in the 1960s--when, Morgan says, FBI director J. Edgar Hoover tried to prove the man in the film was John F. Kennedy or Robert F. Kennedy.

The footage was confiscated by the FBI, but not before the informant made a copy of it--the footage of which has been sold.

He tells the New York Post's PageSix, "You see instantly that it's Marilyn Monroe--she has the famous mole. She's smiling, she's very charming, she's very radiant, but she's known for being radiant. She moves away, and then it (the footage) stops."

But the businessman who bought the footage insists the film will be kept private.

Morgan adds, "He (the buyer) said he's just going to lock it up. He said, 'I'm not going to make a Paris Hilton out of her. I'm not going to sell it, out of respect.'"
