Now that's what we call a hot mama! Megan Fox, 26, and her husband Brian Austin Green, 39, welcomed their first child together, a boy named Noah Shannon Green, on September 27. Fox, who has kept the news within the family for the past few weeks, announced Noah's arrival on Wednesday on her Facebook page. She said, "We have been very lucky to have had a peaceful few weeks at home, but I would like to release this myself before others do. I gave birth to our son Noah Shannon Green on September 27th. He is healthy, happy, and perfect.
We are humbled to have the opportunity to call ourselves the parents of this beautiful soul and I am forever grateful to God for allowing me to know this kind of boundless, immaculate love.
Thanks to those of you who wish to send your positive energy and well wishes. May God bless you and your families abundantly."
While this is Fox's first child of her own, she has helped raise Green's son Kassius, 10, since he was a toddler. She may have only become Kassius' step-mom when she married Green in 2010, but she has known him for much longer. Fox told Harper's Bazaar in 2010, “I am a stepmother to the fullest extent. I have looked after Kassius since he was 3 and he has no memory of life without me. For some reason, no one wants to look at me that way, but I am responsible [for him]. I’ve never struggled with that, from bedtime stories to the school run.”
According to Green, Fox has been a great step-mom for Kassius, and will make a great mother for Noah. He told Details, "She is absolutely my better half in parenting. She just gets it. It's instinctual for her. She loves my son, Kassius. And from the time we started dating—you know, she was 18—she stepped in and took control. It's unbelievable."
