Friends and relatives will be paying their respects to Jennifer Hudson’s family Sunday, The Associated Press reports.
They are expected to congregate at Hudson’s childhood church, the Pleasant Gift Memorial Baptist Church, in Chicago for an evening memorial service to mourn the Oscar-winning actress' slain mother, Darnell Donerson, brother Jason Hudson, and nephew Julian King.
A publicist says Hudson and her sister, Julia Hudson, won't attend the service, AP reports.
No one has yet been charged in the killings, even though authorities have been holding Julia Hudson's estranged husband, 27-year-old William Balfour, in custody for parole violation and say he is a "person of interest."
